The process is pretty simple.  We feature one awesome design per week at a Cut Rate Deal.  All orders that contain the featured Cut Rate Deal, are ganged together and printed in one big run, allowing us to sell these shirts at near cost levels.

Low Cost Shipping

It wouldn't be appropriate to go through all the trouble to save you money on a tee, then charge you crazy money for shipping it!  Because over 95% of our purchases are for 1-2 T-shirts, it just makes sense for us to ship our tees in the most economical manner for 1-2 tees!  That's why we ship via USPS first class mail.  This means that you pay as low as $3 bucks and you get your shirt within 3-5 business days of shipment!
